Dantum: Industry 4.0

Founder and Developer

As a personal initiative, I established a shared vision of enhancing the old industrial infraestructure with modern technologies, and at the same time, make them simple and easy to understand for the new generations of industrial workers.

I found a way to implement a simplified microservices architecture for a real-time industrial IoT and analytics web and mobile app. I implemented the data-streaming system using NodeJS, Flask, MongoDB, Postgres, Django, Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, MQTT, React, React Native, Docker, Kubernetes, S3, Terraform, and Digital Ocean.

The modern architecture enables mid-sized industrial and commercial companies to remotely monitor industrial equipment relevant to their operations (e.g., HVAC parameters, energy consumption, etc.).

As part of the system, I implemented elaborate SQL queries, caching, and real-time data streaming, enabling customer decision-making.

I led three engineers and two business developers. As a result, we delivered multiple product iterations on time, and all members learned precious technical skills and grew personally and professionally.

Along with the business developers, I negotiated with two relevant retail and industrial companies executives and successfully arranged to install 2 MVPs.
